POSITION PURPOSE

The Regional FP&A Manager is responsible for providing financial insights and supporting strategic decisions across finance and operational departments by delivering reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning for the organisation.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and ad-hoc reporting. To excel in this role, the candidate would expect to have exceptional technical and organizational skills that is able to support strategic decision making to ensure the growth of the brand. Moreover, such candidate would be able to work across different individuals in different geographies in the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities

· Prepare and/or present ASIA’s Monthly Business Review with accurate monthly financial reports with reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning

· Reviewing of monthly accounts for accuracy, variances and trends to budget and forecast

· Responsible for overall budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including timing and consolidation of information to provide analysis for management review

· Prepare presentations that provide insightful analysis and identify required action items

Requirements:

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration OR related disciplines

· CPA qualification is preferred, relevant experience with Big 4 is a plus

· Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, management reporting or management consulting
