As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

What will you do? 

Project Delivery

• Act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues
• Review transition plans, enhancement milestones and deliverables in consultation with support teams and customer
• Review with support team to ensure that all support tasks and deliverables meet quality and service levels
• Ensure that regular reviews of the services provided (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer
• Notify/escalate any ‘out of scope’ variations to services to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Notify/escalate critical issues or variations to service levels to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Review and approve service request/enhancement effort, schedules and risk plans
• Review and raise resource requirement
• Responsible for resource forecasting and planning
• Review, monitor and report project health status

Customer/Vendor Management

• Liaise with third party vendors, customer technical teams and other interfacing application team leaders to ensure smooth Business As Usual (BAU) support operations
• Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including monthly or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes
• Business Development
• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals

• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader/ members
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Archifest. The Project Manager will work closely with the Festival Director, partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure that all events and activities run smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a deep interest in architecture, design, and cultural events.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the festival’s programming, including exhibitions, talks, workshops, and installations.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (partners, architects, designers, contractors, volunteers, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events.

- Organize meetings, set agendas, and manage communication flow between all parties involved in the festival.

Budgeting & Resource Management

- Manage the festival budget, ensuring cost control and optimal allocation of resources.

- Prepare cost estimates, track expenditures, and ensure all vendors and service providers are within budgetary constraints.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for festival partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure sponsor and partner visibility throughout the festival.

- Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure delivery of services on time and within budget.

Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the festival’s schedule or success, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure that all festival activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Event Coordination

- Oversee event setup, logistics, and on-site execution for all festival-related activities.

- Ensure high standards for all aspects of the event experience, from venue setup to attendee engagement.

Reporting & Post-Event Review

- Prepare post-event reports, including feedback, budget reconciliation, and performance analysis.

- Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement in future editions of Archifest.

Job Description

• Lead a team of application development to plan technical deliverables to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.
• Plan & collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security related dependencies of the solution
• Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical application delivery and to provide L3 support as needed
• Provide status update related to technical delivery
• Partner with Program and/or Project Manager managers, Business analysts and system analysts to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements
• Partner with SA & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements
• Provide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment (e.g., function points)
• Partner with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
• Have a hands-on approach to ensure that the application teams build the enhancements according to the solution plan
• Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results
• Work with Security to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan
• Prepare and Manage technical implementation plan across application teams
• Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support
• Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions
• Work with vendor to ensure product deliveries are timely and good quality.
• Manage budget coming from different projects.
• Ensure project documentation is done up in accordance to standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
• More than 10 years’ delivery record in developing and delivering global / regional Cards solutions for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility
• More than 5 years’ leadership experience in managing IT Cards delivery teams
• Strong technical/platform knowledge on Cards domain (e.g. Cardlink, VisionPlus), mainframe (CICS/Cobol), 3D Secure application (e.g. 2C2P, Arcot), Cards API, Loyalty & rewards (e.g. One Empower app)
• Hands-on experience in leading Cards Migration delivery (e.g. Cardlink, VisionPlus, Loyalty & Rewards app)
• Experience in managing an application development team in implementing large-scale cards projects for banking or financial services
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
• Proven track record of running a cross functional horizontal team, supporting multiple delivery teams
• A strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, maintaining a balanced and fresh viewpoint.
• Highly effective communicating with senior technical stakeholders and equally proficient communicating with business stakeholders
• Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills

1. Provide Financial Support to Outsourced Accountants:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for all entities.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit processes.
• Review and ensure accurate preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns.

2. Prepare and Manage Budgets:

• Develop and track budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.

3. Human Resource Support:

• Assist with key HR functions within the Institute, including payroll, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.

4. Property Management:

• Oversee property operations, including rent collection, maintenance, and liaising with tenants.

5. Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting various divisions and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate as a team player and work independently.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience or proficiency in HR functions will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Specific Responsibilities:
