Job Descriptions

· Assist the project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule

· Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments

· Attend to daily tasks relating to project work of :-

• Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, internal stakeholders from various disciplines, record meeting minutes.
• Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc.…) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
