Responsibilities:

  • Formulating, implementing & reviewing of policies and procedures
  • Involves in recruitment and selection process
  • Managing of insurance claims and reports
  • Staff benefits administration
  • Leave administration
  • Involves in training & development
  • Advise on Advisement standards
  • Review on staff compensation
  • HR policies and employee relations
  • Involves in disciplinary issues and staff counseling
  • Ad hoc duties and HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.
