Key Tasks:

• Plan and manage warehouse and transportation activities to achieve company goals
• Responsible to meet operational KPIs
• Coordinate all works closely with warehousing, transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Review and monitor performance of total operations, suppliers and service providers
• Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouse
• Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them
• Prepare budgets and manage expenses within budgets
• Manage ASRS and WMS Operations
• Ensure food safety and work health and safety practices are adhered to at all times
• Provide outstanding customer management and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct internal audits on delivery and warehouse facilities

Skills and Competencies:

• Literacy in Japanese is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions to problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

• Ensures timely, safe, and cost-effective design and implementation throughout the project lifecycle from conception to client satisfaction. Eliminate the potential safety risks in advance.

• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes

• Prepare detailed bill of quantities, and carry out accurate accounting of various quantities to ensure that the quotation conforms to the design drawings and specifications

• Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge

• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards

• Lead a team of workes developing, and address training needs when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 6 year(s) of working experience in the construction projects

• At least 3 years in bridge construction project

• Experience with Marine Project will be an advantage

• Ability to clearly particulate expectations

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.

• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.

• Able to provide design and drawings based on requirement and quotation.
