Job Description

• Assist in the daily warehouse activities such as goods receiving, picking & packing, container loading & unloading, storing of goods, and compiling warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with the team on store movement, inventory control and logistics.
• Maximize warehouse space utilization.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.
• Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes.
• Always adhering to warehouse safety practice to achieve a safe-working environment, including reviewing safety processes.
• Adopt good housekeeping. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse to achieve well-organized working environment.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is kept in good order and conditions.
• Ensure stock accuracy.
• Manage cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector requirements.
• Weekly cycle count.
• Quarterly stock take.
• Any other related tasks as assigned by the Management.

• Possess at least a Secondary School/'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
• With 2 years of working experience in relevant fields

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.

What will you do?

· Testing & Commissioning Shutdown Maintenance Works

· Service of LV/HV, Switch Gear, Control and Relay Panels

· To perform customer site service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of complex Schneider and other projects along with Engineer assigned.

· Responsible for a region or subgroup of services.

· Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same as per the direction of Engineer

· Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment

· Support Engineer to train customers on equipment’s operation and maintenance of Schneider products.

· Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.

· Determining the cause of these failures along with assigned engineer.

· Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.

· Providing 24/7 support

What qualifications will make you successful?

· At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

· At least 1-3 years industry experience including a minimum of 12 months power experience with hands-on working on 415 ac 3 phase and MV panel up to 22kV

· Knoweldge in Power Systems MV equipments.

· Knowledge of controls logic, PLC, communication protocols Modbus/ profibus etc.

· Willing to travel within Singapore

· Demonstrated ability to function successfully across multiple cultures and nationalities

· Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

· Ability to interface with all functional areas of the company.
