We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager who will also take on the role of HR Business Partner. In this dual role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. Learning and Development

HR Business Partner

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their strategic objectives and providing HR support and guidance
• Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs, anticipate talent requirements, talent search and develop recruitment and retention strategies
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that support organizational development, culture enhancement, and employee engagement
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and effective
