Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the operational conduct of workshop staff and providing support to the Operations and Fleet Manager in managing day-to-day work activities efficiently. Responsibilities include maximizing manpower utilization, maintaining productivity levels, and ensuring high efficiency. Additionally, this role entails maintaining all cranes in optimal condition to uphold delivery schedules and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise servicemen, resolve conflicts, and handle administrative matters, including managing and enforcing employee discipline from the Fleet.

· Monitor all relevant documents, manage performance evaluations for Fleet Management employees, and oversee workshop daily work progress and service reports for billing.

· Keep Operations and Fleet Manager updated on daily progress and ensure all activities meet deadlines.

· Liaise with purchasers for crane spare parts purchases and ensure adequacy and functionality of equipment and tools for servicemen.

· Coordinate spare parts order as requested by the workshop.

· Manage tasks outside our scope of work with contractors and suppliers such as building, electrical, roofing, oil interceptor etc. as and when required.

· Ensure workshop operations align with organizational objectives and targets.

· Conduct fina checks on cranes before delivery and ensure workshop environment meets WSH practices and regulations.

· Participate and be involved in ISO as member and internal auditor.

· Participate and be involved in Safety committee and Emergency response team.

· Maintain cranes and equipment in optimal condition, scheduling maintenance as needed.

· Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs by maximizing fuel efficiency and reducing unexpected repairs.

· Supervise workflow and distribution within the workshop.

· Maintain and update records, including schedules, repairs, licenses, and accident reports.

· Carry out any other task(s) which Management may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

· At least a Diploma in Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation of the Customer Service Dept to fulfill customers' requirements.
• Works on strategy and measures to promote and increase company sales.
• Solve issues to make sure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services to customers.
• Coordinate with internal depts to manage item stock and prices.
• Train and mentor the customer service team to handle customer orders and enquiries with high service standards.
• Monitor the team performance and work on improvement and team building.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and related partners in daily business operations.
• Work closely with Sales Dept to increase company sales.
• Prepare and report monthly summary of Depart performance.
• To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Business Management or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Manager position.
• Ability to define and solve problems, establish facts, analyze situations, and make decisions.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Able to interact with and lead employees from different levels.
• Hands-on mentality and can prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of ERP/NAV systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Receive and issue goods.
• Handling and sorting physical shipping goods.
• Put away goods to/from storage locations.
• Assist in ensuring cycle count accuracy.
• Maintain proper inventory control.
• Maintain housekeeping at all times.
• Maintain safe work procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• At least Secondary education.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• 0-2 years logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift license will be an advantage.
• Work At Height certificate will be an advantage.

• Ensure to achieve Company’s targeted yearly turnover.
• Ensures timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
• Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Liaises with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/ clarifications are settled.
• Attend site meeting, liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and to ensure proper documentation. Sources, identify and secure new business opportunities for the Company.
• Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
• Preparing tender documents and quantities, providing cost estimates, evaluating tender proposals, conducting project feasibility studies and managing cost information for all projects Assist on any contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants.
• Negotiate commercial terms conditions for new and existing contracts
• Involve project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation
• previous experience with façade would be advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to speak English and Chinese.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gul Circle. 5.5workweek.
