• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book meeting rooms as needed to support the team's operational efficiency.
• Purchase Requests & Coupa System Support: Collaborate with the P2P team to generate Purchase Orders (POs) through the Coupa system, ensure accurate logging of Goods Receipts (GR) and follow up on invoice submissions and discrepancies.
• Event/Logistics Management: Work alongside the event coordinator to arrange logistics for meetings and events, including venue setup and sending communications/agendas. Additionally, assist in managing visitors’ schedules during business trips to Singapore or Beijing.
• Asset Management: Oversee the management of capital assets, including WBS generation, quote sourcing, and budget tracking. Support asset cycle counts for the Beauty Revealed team.
• New Hire Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, including tasks such as setting up IT access, updating profiles in the system, and completing departure checklists.
• Ad Hoc Support: Handle various miscellaneous requests and provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience, no experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided!
• Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
