Full AP (Accounts Payable)

- key in invoices & AP Payment inside ACCPAC

-Planning and budgeting funds for payment to major suppliers

-Planning and budgeting funds for payment monthly payroll, other payments and suppliers

-Arranging payments to major suppliers

-Company SGD & USD cashbook management

-Communicating and replying suppliers’ email on payment matters

- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government agency (if required)

- GST submission

- Other job related to FI delegate from manager

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Accountancy with 1-2 years of full sets work experience.

Fresh graduate are welcome too.

Working hours: 12pm - 9pm (1 hour unpaid break)

Working days: 3 - 4 days

Responsibilities

• Perform multi tasks not only footwear/clothing attire/ but generally to assist on back of house (fitting room)
• Operational tasks i.e. moving boxes/sorting/allocating/ironing of clothing and etc.

• Able to commit min. 3 - 4 days per week

Job scope:

- Prepare/check and provide invoices to customers through accounting software.

- Data entry of all invoices/receipts into system

- Work closely with logistics to ensure monthly invoices and documents are submitted timely

- Maintain proper and up-to-date filing of documents

- Record and apply outgoing and incoming payments accurately into systems

- any ad-hoc duties as assigned
