We are on a lookout for a Tax Manager, who is hands-on and proactive team player who helps to manage and oversee the Group’s tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax reporting and provide tax advisory to internal stakeholders; and to support projects and ad-hoc duties, as required from time to time. Responsibilities:

Tax governance & policy matters

• Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will ensure compliance with relevant tax and transfer pricing regulations across all entities in the Group, Singapore and regional (Greater China, India, ASEAN)

• Assist with the implementation of the Group Tax Strategy and the roll-out of tax policies, tax controls processes and best practices

• Assist to drive continuous tax optimization projects, Group tax process and controls improvements projects to enhance tax compliance quality and efficiency. Provide improvement recommendations

• Assist in developing tax-efficient structures for investment, intra-group financing, corporate shared services, cross-border transactions

Tax Reporting
