• Coordinate and liaise with IT departments to operationalise the implementation of whole of business unit's initiatives, projects and work plans
• To ensure key performance indicators are met within the stipulated timeline.

Project Planning

• Developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Resource Management: Liaise on resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables
• Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress
• Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
• Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Estimating project costs, creating a budget, allocate sufficient people to the work required
• To ensure project deliverables are met within the time frame

Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of HR functions.

Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.
