Job Description:

• Registers clients, as appropriate to clinic operations

• Answers WhatsApp messages, inquiries from clients and others; answer calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments

• Respond to clients queries.

• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests

• Supports day-to- day unit clinical and administrative operations.

• Dispensing plans for the clients

• Payment collection

• Obtains and verifies client billing information, processes patient accounts, and maintains records.

• Assisting practitioner in procedures - training will be provided

• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic

• Process billing, and payments using card terminals and maintain product stocks.

· Handle Portnet and Digitalport matters, serving as the Point of Contact for MPA-related matters.

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

· Oversee contracts for office cleaners.

· Assist in onboarding and offboarding in administration related matters.

· Application of Travel Visa for employees.

- Inventory Management: Maintain records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless production processes.

- Assist with Paperwork: Support administrative tasks such as filling out production reports, documenting inventory movements, and assisting in paperwork related to production processes.

- Assist Packing Department for the ad hoc. packaging requires.
