Job Title : Assistant Manager, Ambulatory Operations

Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes and learning & growth perspectives.
- Manage service point operations assigned.
- Ensure that system and processes are in accordance to SOP to create a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
- Manage service points through annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.
- To ensure that workflows for new and existing services are reviewed, optimised and streamlined.
- Involve in development plans and expansion of outpatient IT systems through coordination with stakeholders for outpatient service standards
- Support projects and/or role development for outpatient services through procurement planning and management.
- Responsible for the new outpatient digital systems roll out and change management.
- Work with analysts in the management of outpatient related systems.
- Work with stakeholders to optimise outpatient journey with digitisation in outpatient clinics.
- Manage change requests and involved in systems testing and user acceptance tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Work experience outpatient operations will be advantageous.
- Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
