Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or governance roles.
• At least 5 years leading a team
• Extensive experience in ISO, IATF, RBA audits or related Quality and Labor Standards Audits.
• Professional certifications in quality management or compliance would be advantageous.
