Job Description:
- Develop and implement new business related to LNG/natural gas in Southeast Asia and surrounding areas. (site visits, initial profitability evaluation, discussion with potential partners, law firm, accounting firm, consultant)
- Negotiations of LNG trading related works (price reviews for long term contract, spot procurement, cargo swap arrangement, ADP adjustment, MSPA settlement) with understanding of ENEOS Corporation (head office)’s LNG procurement and sales situation in Japan to support ENEOS Corporation (head office) Gas Business Department in Tokyo.
- Day to day networking and information collection with Japanese and foreign LNG traders, gas companies, power companies, shipping companies, trading houses etc.
- Routine and timely reporting to ENEOS Corporation (head office) in Japan.
- Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree is required.
- Ability to communicate in fluent English and Japanese.
- 5 years or more of experience in oil and gas industries.
- Have sufficient knowledge of oil and gas products sales.
- Ability to speak and write in accurate Japanese language is essential to communicate with Japanese speaking LNG trading related companies, potential business partners in Singapore, and to report to headquarter managements in Japan.
- Frequent travel to Southeast Asia and surrounding areas is required.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind.
- Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill.
- A team player who is innovative and forward thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
