Responsibilities:

• Assist with timely account closing and prepare consolidation schedules
• Prepare financial schedules and statutory accounts
• Post month-end journals according to legal requirements
• Prepare quarterly GST, related parties, sponsorship, and donation reports
• Reconcile audit schedules, inter-company, and bank transactions
• Manage fixed assets and maintain asset registers
• Prepare financial statements in XBRL format
• Support audits, tax reporting, and statutory requirements
• Handle daily funding needs (shortfall/surplus)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP S4, BPC, and ticketing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for regulatory activities across Southeast Asia - regulatory submissions, compliance for new or existing products

• Manage registration plans for new products, variations, modifications, registration renewals

• Knowledge and specialization in Regulatory and Quality Affairs (Quality Control/Assurance) is an advantage
