Job Summary:

We are searching for a dynamic Senior Manager of Sales to lead the sales team and to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will establish sales strategies, identify new opportunities, manage key client relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and provide guidance to the team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of success in sales leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Sales team to prospect and qualify new business opportunities to increase market share within the assigned portfolios including core duties:

1. Upsell and cross-sell to grow new revenue streams.
2. Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for product/service sales
3. Create business value for the client
4. Provide value-focused solution selling

• Analyse sales and client data to identify market trends and estimate market demand.
• Plan, develop & implement strategic sales strategies & territory account plan to foster a long-term relationship with the client.
• Operational excellence in managing prospects and pipeline reporting including establishing sales forecasts, and creating lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
• Plan & propose pricing approaches to support sales and market growth strategies.
• Provide trends and market feedback to senior management.
• Work with pre-sales teams, service delivery team and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Convert sales opportunities to client accounts:

1. Develop sales proposals, quotes and bid documents.
2. Manage the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and negotiations.
3. Negotiate specific terms of product and/or service offerings with the client
4. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalise terms and conditions related to contracts and agreements based on the Company’s internal policy (e.g. ORC meeting)
5. Present new products and/or services to new and existing clients

• Coordinate sales activities in line with sales strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in theT&O-MOT-LCS domain with the following key responsibilities
• Work closely and communicate effectively and independently with project managers, business analysts, development leads, test engineers, infrastructure engineers and business users
• Participate in the analysis and requirements gathering phase and help to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Debug issues, fix bugs, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot the application and provide third level support
• Build, package and release software artifacts in an automated way to all environments including production
• Be responsible for the performance, stability, reliability, and security of the application
• Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes
• Min 12+ years of technology delivery experience in software development
• Hands on experience in at least one server-side object-oriented programming language
• Experience using source code control systems and branching strategies including with hands on experience branching, merging, and releasing
• Experience with a major relational database system
• Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles, and API designs
• Hands-on experience with JAVA (Spring, Springboot) in a Unix/ Linux environment

• Provide status update related to technical delivery / Program Manager
• Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements
• Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results
• Prepare and manage technical implementation plan across application teams - coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support
• Experience in service-oriented technologies
• Good understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall/Agile best practices)
• Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management skills
