Description:

• Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
• Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customers requests and feedback

Job scope

• Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.

• Monthly reminder for client holders for Contracts and Work Pass Due.

• Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities

• Work Pass Application/Renewal, Contracts extension, termination, resignation, reference checks, leave & claims requests, contractor bonuses.

A Retail Assistant Manager, or Manager, is responsible for making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties.
