• This position will supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre (YDC) to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop in centre, child access services and youth mental health programmes. • This position will also provide professional supervision to develop and implement youth mental health programmes that are able to reach a broad spectrum of youths to build resilience as well as supervise the team to provide case management and basic level counselling/triage for low to moderate level of youth mental health concerns. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Perform, monitor and/or review customers due diligence, onboarding of customers to assure compliance with the AML rules and requirements.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of accounts and opportunities for purposes of onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
• Complete the annual compliance monitoring program.
• Any other compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects.

About You

• At least 4 to 7 years of banking regulatory or external audit experience in a big 4 audit firm, regulator or financial institution. Previous employment with regulator(s) will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in areas of corporate treasury risk function and risk management (with focus on market, liquidity and credit risks).
• Experience in local MAS and global regulatory requirements preferred. This includes Basel regulatory requirements (FRTB, CVA, IBOR transition, etc), Risk Based Capital Adequacy requirements, amongst others.
• Experience in performing internal audits or internal control reviews preferred.
• Meticulous and attention to details, possessing an analytical and enquiring mind-set.
• Professional, confident and highly motivated self-starter, with an ability to handle multiple engagements/projects in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Positive attitude to learn and strong team player.

The Corporate Branding & Strategy Division has been newly established to enhance MOL's branding both externally and internally. Our goal is to engage with stakeholders such as customers, investors, partners, local governments, community members, and employees across various regions.

With over 10 group companies in Singapore, MOL (Asia Oceania) Pte. Ltd. (MOLAO) serves as a key regional hub, supporting group companies in Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The Assistant Manager in the Corporate Branding & Strategy Division will work closely with direct manager to develop and execute communication plans by following strategy and direction. Our primary mission is to enhance brand value and build a positive reputation for the MOL brand across the region through various touchpoints, including the corporate website, social media, local and regional media, events, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Branding

• Collaborate with managers to develop and execute brand communication plans.
• Create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows.

• Develop, manage, and update regional branded materials and global assets provided by HQ (Tokyo).

External Communication

Internal Communication

Crisis Communication

• Follow crisis procedures as instructed by GHQ.
• Support GHQ upon request.

• Lead and/or assisting to manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.

Job Requirements
