· Oversee the experiential learning such as company visit or ecosystem exposure

· Oversee the Venture Internship elective module to ensure proper running and documentation.

Plan and oversee the operating budget and grant of the Programme

· Plan and oversee the operating budget for running both MSc TIP and FM TIP

· Process claims from grants, where available

· Attend to audit query and exercise.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in any discipline

· Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem

· Knowledge in marketing, branding and project management

· Budget planning and revenue projection

· Experience in processing claims from grants

· Preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in university school environment

· Experience in marketing, branding and outreach

· Experience in conducting fact finding and analysing data

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

· Experience in working with professors and students, government agencies and international organisations will be advantageous

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Capability to work independently to drive the execution of projects

· Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently, even under tight deadlines

· Meticulous and eye for details in organising information and tracking work progress

Responsibilities:
(Warehousing & Distribution)

• Manage Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
• Oversees regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Main point of contact for MNC Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
• Co-ordinate with Internal country logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
• Attend and lead external & internal meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
• Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders
• Work on logistics solutions with Internal country logistics teams to increase work efficiency & productivity of Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution programs for MNC Customer
• Assist department head in analysing reports to formulate business strategies
• Support regional opportunities to expand business share of MNC Customer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic WMS, TMS system knowledge and usage (AS400, CargoWise system background will be an added advantage)
