Responsibilities:

· Overseeing levels & distribution of stock

· Constantly source for new exciting brands/merchandise and negotiate for best margin/support/exclusivity.

· Working directly with sales teams & other merchandisers to plan product collections

· Plan/control buying budget by brands/suppliers to achieve great merchandising mix and optimal profitability.

· Source/develop products under house brands that are in line with store positioning.

· Provide product information and conduct product training to sales staff.

· Preparing stock promotions / price reductions as appropriate

· Process purchase order, new items creation & generate PO

· Generate sales reports

· Handling production / supply problems as they arise

Requirements:

· Liaise with principal brands, collate all orders from corporate sales teams, compile the amount for analysis, process the order and deal with principal brands (Merge role)

· Commercial awareness

· Analytical & numerical proficiency

· Administrative, IT & organizational skills

· Good Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities:

• Improve the efficiency of warehouse and admin processes.
• Engage with ground staff and leaders to identify processes needing improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity/safety/sustainability.
• Implement digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and work environment.
• Present projects to customer for approval .
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for support and implementation.
• Achieve annual cost saving, green saving and process improvement targets set by management.
• Achieve annual continuous improvement target set by customer.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse operations or logistics services (Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity for warehosue operations)
• Expertise in general warehousing processes and operations dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or any other digitalisation tools.
• Knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing
• Problem solving mindset who can identify root cause and provide practical solutions
