Job Description

• Engage in real-time impactful HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS, launching updated employee benefits, and driving other HR improvement initiatives
• Support our digital transformation journey by helping to digitise essential HR process flows, driving an exciting initiative to enhance and streamline workflows for greater efficiency and impact
• Draft and organise engaging internal communications, including newsletters, policy updates, and announcements, to keep staff informed and connected
• Assist in the enhancement of staff engagement and new hire orientation programs, helping to create a positive and memorable onboarding experience
• Develop your analytical skills by assisting in the creation of standardized reporting templates, dashboards, scorecards, and key HR metrics

• Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• No prior experience needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients' queries, including telephone and walk-ins
• Schedule and confirm clients’ appointments
• Manage and update consultation records
• Register clients and process sales transactions
• Generate invoices and handle POS functions
• Perform administrative duties, including facilities management & mail distribution
• Run the Call Centre, contacting clients for events and promotions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate in Office Administration, Hospitality or equivalent and above
• At least 1 year’ customer service/ reception experience, preferably in retail / hospitality
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to converse fluently with English, Chinese and Bahasa speaking clients
• A customer-oriented and proactive individual with responsible and approachable personality

Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspection, trouble shoot and complete maintenance of ship’s main engine remote control system and navigation equipment
• Familiar with ship owners and shipyards working procedures and environment
• Willing to work in local and overseas shipyard as well as anchorage environment at irregular hours which include overnight, weekends and public holiday depending on vessel schedule

Requirements:
• Relevant marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• Sound knowledge in pneumatics / electrical control engineering
• ‘Hands on’ experience in Marine Automation
• Those with minimum experience or education level will be consider for Technician
