• Motivate, mentor, and coach high-performing individual contributors and team players amongst your direct reports.
• Work with the Brand, Creative, Education, and Marketing leaders to align all field execution efforts with retailer and brand launches and promotional in-store activations.
• Liaise with the trainer and retail operations team to support beauty advisers in developing their skills and ensuring brand standards, sales objectives, and execution methods are being delivered and achieved.
• Additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of working experience in the sales field in the FMCG industry, with working knowledge of drugstores, beauty specialties, and department store environments.
• Solid sales experience with a track record of developing customers and people.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial fundamentals and having a strong customer-centric approach.
• Able to travel.
• Strong analytical capability and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills. Perseverant.
• Entrepreneurial thinking. Good with numbers, retail-oriented, and P&L knowledge.
• Outgoing personality with good networking and influencing skills.
