1. Outram - Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC)
Counter duties, appointment making, cashiering, room assisting doctors in consultation room

2. Outram - Patient Financial Services
Provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling to all patients.

Mon-Fri: Staggered hours between 8am-6pm
Sat: Once/Twice a month, half sat

3. Paragon - health screening clinic
Provide receptionist duties at front counter, Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system, Able to apply basic patient care, Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties, Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement, Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Mon - Fri (830am – 530pm) with 1 hour break, Sat (830am – 1230pm)
3 months convertible to perm

4. Woodland / Jalan Leban Clinic Assistant
Register patients including but not limited to checking CHAS/Insurance eligibility, Assist doctors and chaperone during procedures., Collect payment including but not limited to submission of CHAS and Insurance claims.attend to phone calls, schedule appointment and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-up. Handle administration and documentation of referrals

Work hours : around 33 to 34 hours per week.

5 Days Week (rostered by clinic, includes Sat/Sun half day)
2 Days Rest - 1 weekday, 1 weekend

Staggered hours 8.30am - 3.45pm, 6 - 9.15pm

3 months to perm

5. Loyang / Tiong Bahru / Hougang - Medical Centre

Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment, Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients, Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required, Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times, Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies, Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

44hrs a week by clinic supervisor)
Mon - Sun: 8am - 3pm, 5pm - 9pm
