Contract Duration:

• 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (Base Year) + 1 Year optional renewal by school.

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm
• Fri: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm
• Service not required on Sat, Sun, and Gazatted PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
2. Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
3. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient registration, drugs dispensation and inventory management
• Handle registration, admission, and discharge of patients
• Collect payment and provide excellent customer service
• Issue invoices and send out

Requirements:

• Good initiative and adaptable to environment & new initiatives
• PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability and team ability
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare/Medical industry
• Required language(s): English
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Pharmaceutical Science/ Medical Nurse or equivalent
