• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, delivering consistent and timely HR services.
• Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and skill gaps, supporting talent management initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate initiatives such as performance reviews and talent reviews within specified timelines.
• Oversee corporate communications, internal communications, and CSR activities, implementing social media strategies to enhance employer branding.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of HR experience (HR Generalist preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws, regulations, and taxation requirements.
• Resilient, capable of managing complexities and ambiguity.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker, proactive, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of initiative.
