Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Alignment: Clearly articulate and document business requirements, engaging with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs in system design.
• Project Management Expertise: Provide end-to-end project management, monitoring progress to ensure timely and quality delivery. Participate in activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess risks of various solutions, prioritize competing business demands, and identify potential project risks. Recommend mitigating measures to effectively manage risks.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish a rapport with clients, ensuring accurate project delivery as per their requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Review and identify operational areas/gaps for improvement, proposing action plans. Actively seek ways to enhance monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and develop documentation for the responsible area. Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
• Team Performance: Establish and monitor team members' KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency. Develop a high-performance working culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager with a proven track record in delivering substantial projects end to end.
• Adaptability: Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Leadership: Experienced in leading development/project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Tools proficiency: Working knowledge of JIRA software

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

• Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies
