The National Robotics Programme Office (NRPO) is responsible for catalysing differentiated robotics R&D capabilities at our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) for the benefit of our economy and society. NRPO also works to foster public-private partnerships to ensure robotics technologies and IPs developed with public funding are relevant for industry and are commercialised into useful products, services and solutions that are adopted in Singapore and around the world.

A key role of NRPO is to bring together end-users across different industries, robotics & automation companies, and our IHLs/RIs to identify use cases and technology gaps that public-private partnerships can help to address. The Assistant Clinical Training Co-Ordinator (ACTC) will work closely with the Clinical Training Co-Ordinator (CTC) to co-ordinate and monitor the assignment of patients to BDS students during the clinical phase of their training. At the same time, the ACTC will also monitor the management of these assigned patients. As a key member of the NUS Medicine Development team, the Senior Manager, Fundraising and Development, is responsible for donor engagement and cultivating gifts at the principal and major gift levels for both existing and new donors.

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

AI Singapore (AISG) is sourcing for an individual to join the AI Products team as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager. As Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will help develop our strategy to take advantage of AI – in particular Large Language Models (LLMs) through building partnerships and a healthy ecosystem, while pushing for adoption and value creation.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy, Partnerships & Growth in the AI products team.

In this role, you will:

Project Funding and Internship Scheme

● Lead the operationalization of project award and paid internship schemes targeting post-graduate students in the LLM space globally
● Conceptualize and execute outreach and marketing of post-graduate LLM project funding and internship schemes, liaising with touch-points within NUS and other IHLs globally as necessary
● Conduct systematic, accurate and timely tracking and status reporting of funded projects
● Serve as secretariat for committee(s) that provide governance and oversight of funding schemes

Partnerships & Strategy

● Establish and operationalize systems for progress tracking of partnerships and collaboration projects with private sector and public sector entities as well as academic institutions
● Assist in preparations and support regular reporting and stakeholder management interactions
● Track and ensure timely follow-up to inbound partnership and collaboration requests, liaising with appropriate internal and external parties as necessary

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
● 3-5 years in partnership management, marketing, project management
● Excellent understanding of customer profiling based on behavior, demographics
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders effectively
● Up-to-date with AI research areas and current trends, especially their application to problem-solving
● Experience with administration of funding schemes in a large academic or corporate setting will be a plus

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 GCE `O’ level, including a credit in `English’ and `Maths’, and a Diploma in Preschool Education or equivalent
• Experience of working with children
• Experience working in an International School environment will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal communication skills/human relations
• Good command of written and spoken English Language

5-day week – working hours are from 7.30 am to 3.45 pm. School holidays entitlement.
