• The Assistant Director, Community and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of community services and youth mental health programmes. He/she will provide professional and operational oversight for clinical and social work components in CYMH.

• This position will supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre (YDC) to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop in centre, child access services and youth mental health programmes. This will include guiding staff and executing the pivoting of YDC from its current focus to professionally grounded youth mental health and developing the activities and programmes needed from scratch.

• This position will also provide professional supervision to develop and implement youth mental health programmes that are able to reach a broad spectrum of youths to build resilience as well as supervise the team to provide case management and basic level counselling/triage for low to moderate level of youth mental health concerns. This will include ensuring that funders' KPIs and obligations are met.

• This position will also supervise the Manager, Kids in Play (KIP) to ensure strategic planning, and provide strong professional oversight to enable KIP to continue to be well established as a clinically sound service provider and continue to grow KIP's social work and clinical practice in the corrections landscape. This position will also front engagements with government agencies such as Prisons and NCSS, using his/her professional standing and capability to build a strong reputation for KIP and enable collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure continual financial support for all KIP programmes. This Global Marketing Manager role will be a member of the Roche Information Solutions Go-To-Market Marketing and Global Customer Programs team and report to the Channel Marketing & Operations lead.

Your profile:

About this Role:

The Project Manager for MSP (Mission Support Programme) role reports to the Mission Secretary for Mission Programme and Partnership. Based in Singapore, this role involves international travel.

The role is part of the programme team, which works closely with CWM member bodies across 41 countries, governing bodies when called upon, CWM ecumenical partners, youth and civil societies, and other interest groups to accomplish common mission.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager for MSP coordinates the Mission Support Programme to guide CWM in its support of member churches’ mission work. He/she works collaboratively with regional and finance colleagues to facilitate planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting (PMER) of the Mission Support Programme of CWM’s 32 member churches.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· To work collaboratively with the Mission Secretary in conceptualizing and strategizing engagement with member churches’ mission programmes in line with CWM’s missional focus.

· Implement project management through mission consultation and roundtable meetings with member churches supported by regional colleagues to discern and determine optimal approaches and best practices.

1. Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests.
2. Provide timely, accurate and clear communication – both written and verbal – to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.
3. Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage
4. Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
5. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
6. Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.
