RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will analyse trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy of our agency, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

As a Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping THKMC's future and ensuring its long-term success. • Analyse data (including financial statistics, budgets & forecasts), formulate & test hypotheses, and develop models to quantify feasibility of recommended strategic decisions.
• Identify THKMC strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Track performance of strategic initiatives. Construct & update THKMC Management dashboard for monitoring & reporting KPIs.
• Prepare Strategic Planning and Transformation (SPT) discussion & presentation papers. Partner Secretariat(s) to table SPT presentations & updates of THKMC Management dashboard
• Work with Head (SPRM) to achieve functional objectives & deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification would be a plus.

About Paper Monkey Theatre

Paper Monkey Theatre was inaugurated in April 2008. We are a unique bilingual puppetry theatre – a magical place where children and adults are educated, enlightened, and entertained. Since our inauguration, we have introduced thousands of audiences to the wonder and art of puppetry and have touched the lives of many through enchanting performances, curriculum-based workshops, as well as digital learning and outreach programmes. We believe that our traditional Asian values should be preserved, especially in today’s ever-changing environment. Paper Monkey Theatre promotes and encourages these values through traditional and modern puppetry shows for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist to provide basic medical care to patients
• Attend to patient’s comfort and hygiene needs safely and independently
• Clearing of soiled linen, bedpans, diapers as and when necessary
• Assist in rendering assistance to nurses when attending to Patient
• Monitoring patients and attend to queries
• Assist in Swabbing
• Assist patients with tele-medicine consultation processes when necessary
• Be attired in PPE and mask fitted
• Observe strict infection control practices in the care of patients

Requirements

• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Some experience in caring for seniors would be advantageous
• Trained in AED/BCLS with medic or paramedic background
• Prior experience in swabbing or who have been PPE/Mask-fitted are welcome to apply
• Must be able to commit to working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays of about 4 shifts per week (rostered shift work)
• Able to start work at short notice, and commit to minimum 3-month’s full-time contract duration

Management/Operations (F&B)

Resposible for :

• Supervise store operations, manage inventory, order supplies and maintain cleaniness. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Foster a postive work culture emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation and conduct regualr store inspections.
• Be extremely comfortable around canines, interaction with animals. Need to spend a lot of times with them.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a similar managerial role.

• Manage a small entity of account (includes account receivables, account payables, general ledger, bank reconciliations up to Trial Balance report generation)
• Update sales & post receipts in the system
• Update suppliers’ invoices & issue payment to suppliers
• Reconciliation for accounts receivables and payables

• Good team worker willing to cross cover duties within Accounts Department when required.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You'll be in charge of:

General Management

• Overseeing operations – guest service, strong knowledge primarily in wine, sake knowledge will be an additional advantage
• Developing and executing plans to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Manage staff, overseeing work schedules and assigning specific duties
• Create and improve standard operating procedures for service and product preparation
• Oversee venue equipment and facilities management / maintenance
• Conducts regular inspections on the general cleanliness and maintenance of venues and take corrective action as and when necessary
• Monitor venue adherence to all licensing laws regarding the service of food and beverage, public / employee safety and food safety
• Plan and manage activities with the Marketing department relating to sales promotions, events, etc
• Review and analyze sales mix, inventory, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement

Requirements:

• At least 8 - 10 years of senior operations leadership experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge in wine, and exposure/experience in natural wine will be advantageous
• An effective and energetic people leader with experience
• Expertise in service excellence, seasonal business operations and diverse / high-end social and recreational programs
• Well-developed skill set and demonstrated professional track record in the areas of - operations management - budgeting, financial analysis and cost-based management - strategic planning - internal & external customer relationship management - talent management - program and project management - leading monthly reports & meetings
• Related field of study such as Hospitality, F&B Management, would be advantageous
