• Partner with tax advisors to identify and assess relevant tax incentive schemes that align with the company’s business activities and strategic goals
• Oversee the submission of applications for tax incentive schemes, working closely with tax advisors to address any queries or additional requirements from tax authorities.
• Continuously monitor the company’s compliance with the conditions of granted tax incentives, and coordinate with tax advisors to ensure ongoing qualification and reporting.

Job Requirement

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or a related field, preferably a CPA or CFA with at least 8 to 10 years of experience with real estate fund management operations role, with background from Big 4 audit firms. You have a proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and fund operations and demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Process Accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and GST regulations
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy

We are currently looking for a Manager to undertake the delivery and execution of consulting engagements for Visa clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability in clients’ payment card business.

As a Manager you will be leading the delivery and execution of Visa Consulting and Analytics engagements for clients in SMT. In this role, you are expected to:

• Cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in areas of customer life cycle management, and new product development and launches.
• Drive client conversations with the client working team, execute and embed our solutions within the client’s environment.  Building content and engagement delivery involves strong project management skills.
• Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.
• Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines
• Work across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.

This role reports to the Head of VCA for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Projects you will be a part of:

• As part of the team you will get opportunity to work on strategically important projects for clients.

• You will bring to life data analytics solutions and propensity models built by the Data Science team to ensure clients find value to take action such as running marketing campaigns to drive payment card activation and usage, changing policies or processes, launching new products, opening new channels, among other things.
• You will be the project manager of several engagements across SMT, working with the clients’ teams in providing guidance and supporting the teams in executing our solutions.
• You will be collaborating closely with VCA’s data scientists to jointly produce insights on analyses.

Expectations of an Assistant Finance Manager

• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual financial close with high accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with insightful analysis and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate.
• Strong partnership with the commercial finance team on the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis.
• Working with internal and external auditors, ensuring policies compliance in place.
• Manage internal reporting requirements on various basis.
• Involved in developing process improvements and system implementation/migration

• Perform specimen registration accurately and timely into the Laboratory Information System.
• Understand clinical and test terminologies.
• Adhere to procedures in specimen management, including centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal.
