About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking versatile, detail-oriented Field Application Engineering - Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ZES’ products. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, development environment, you will also play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to customers. Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Support and Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing their queries and providing technical support.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the region.
• Proven experience in a field application engineering or similar technical support role, for Semiconductor components, including Power management IC, MCU/FPGA is preferred.

• Fragrances - The perfume industry revolves around the production of scents and essential oils whose major use is to enhance pleasant smells and fragrances. With the kind of attention it pays to hygiene, the perfume industry is an indispensable part of the cosmetic and personal care industry.

This role shall be based in Singapore and report to the company's General Manager (GM).

• He/She will lead the sales/marketing division in Singapore.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing teams from different countries in the Asia Pacific region such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India and Indonesia for servicing local clients and monthly sales report submission etc.
• Provide customer service / maintain existing key customer accounts.
• Create new client accounts from different countries, especially new market regions.
• Increase sales volume specifically in the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in sales of FLAVOUR and FRAGRANCE and/or FOOD PRODUCTS.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Business Administration/Business Management & Marketing.

• Liaise and follow up with suppliers / vendors
• Make sure correct items quoted & match with site requirement
• Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO
• Prepare relevant reports for purchasing
