• Training will be provided to those without experience - to start with basic assisting before doing reception
• Able to commit to 2 weekday nights & 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) at least , occasionally both weekend
• Fluent in mandarin (added advantage)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for conducting design and development of sensor networks and Internet-of-Things (IOT) systems for in-home sensing of human behaviour for the purpose of health monitoring and wellness analysis. • Design, deployment and maintenance of sensor networks and Internet of Things (IOT) system for in-home sensing of human behaviour and activities
• Integration of in-home sensors, home gateway, and backend cloud servers for data collection
• Development of software for feature extraction and data analytics
• Documentation and preparation of technical reports

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with sensors, Internet-of-Things, networking, artificial intelligence, and/or related fields
• Good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge/Proficiency in hardware sensors, cloud computing, networking and programming languages, such as Python, Java and C/C++
• Competency in application prototype design and development
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills

• Manage invoice matching, ensuring accuracy and necessary documentation before posting to the accounting system.
• File and scan documents to the document management system.
• Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare payments and submit promptly to supervisor.
• Handle additional assignments as required.
