• Salary: Basic up to $8000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Location: Raffles City

Job Scopes:

• Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social media and offline channels
• Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the in-house Creative team to drive impactful results across all social channels
• Industry Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners on social platforms
• Talent Identification: Identify talent partners based on company initiatives and project needs, taking a strategic, data-driven approach to include nano, micro, macro influencers, and content creators
• Community Expansion: Expand and nurture the existing influencer community, strengthening relationships through day-to-day communication via email, phone, text, etc
• Relationship Management: Maintain and create new talent relationships through mailings, gifting, and outreach, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Performance Targets: Exceed targets in revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth by collaborating with social, communications, and editorial teams
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing forecasts, budgets, and optimizations based on business needs
• KPI Measurement: Measure the success of social media activations through KPIs and forecasting
• Influencer Calendar: Develop and manage an Influencer calendar to leverage across all social channels
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on pop culture, social media, influencer trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably within Influencer Marketing, social media, or PR in the fashion industry.
• An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships with and an eye for new upcoming talent.
• Expert in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity.
• PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Special Projects Manager/Lead to join our CEO Office team, to help grow our team across Asia.

The mission of this role is to solve strategic problems that arise in our scaling phase and drive new projects using a data-driven approach. You will be a key part of building new and scaling existing business units. You will report directly to our Strategy & People Director (Chief of Staff).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Special Projects & Strategy: Play the role of a ‘fire-fighter’ to take on any issues to augment strengths or plug weaknesses across the organization; Annual review of our strategic ambition, where to play, and how to win perspectives by running external and internal analysis
• Fundraising and Corporate Development: Drive the end-to-end fundraising process: from creating the fundraising narrative and pitch deck to orchestrating the due diligence process; Analyze potential M&A targets, determine synergies, and execute on the post-merger integration
• Financial Modeling & Strategic Finance: Build financial models, charts, and narratives. Examples of models and charts include: financial model for business valuation, unit economics, whale chart, rule of 40 chart, cricket chart: Build financial models, charts, and narratives. • BizOps and Project Management: Support executive leadership team in tracking and completing the cross-departmental Objectives and Key Results within the company; Project management support in a variety of cross-functional projects
• Data Analysis: Analyze past data and develop models for key indicators and metrics. Examples of key indicators include: Client Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost, Efficiency-related metrics, Revenue Retention, Customer Concentration
• Investor Relations: Support investor meetings as they occur including quarterly investor updates, board meeting deck preparation, driving data analysis for follow-ups, etc.

• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategic finance, or top consulting firms is highly preferred
• Excited about building and scaling new business units
