• Work with the People Operations team to recruit, onboard, train and retain a highperforming retail team of full-time and part-time Brand Insiders, in line with the store's manpower and seasonal hiring needs, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed.

About the Job

As an Assistant Programme Manager, the main role shall be to provide support to the line Manager and Kids In Play team in the planning, organisation, implementation, and support for the overall running and execution of programmes and activities in Kids In Play. These programmes may be organised by the centre internally, or externally by volunteers and/or sponsors.

You will be working closely with volunteers, community partners and corporate sponsors and to represent Kids In Play professionally on all platforms.

Warehouse Assistant

• Must have Forklift licence.
• Class 3 licence is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as warehouse assistant is preferred.
• Should be comfortable with loading/unloading heavy goods manually.
• 5 days work week; 830am to 6pm.

Position Summary:

• Drive sales and profitability of the Brand and the stores for assigned area(s) and/or brands and manage sales, marketing and operations functions. You will be responsible for total brand management including P&L and to achieve brand business goals.
• Maintain strong relationship with Brand principal and other key stakeholders.
• Drive retail excellence in line with the Brand and Valiram standards.
• Be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Optimise the sales, profits and other retail performance criteria

• Strategise and implement brand communication needs in keeping with the integrity of the brand and regional appeal.
• Plan and maximise sales and profit contribution of the Brand.
• Develop annual business plan to reflect brand positioning, negotiate key aspects of the planned delivery with the brand principal.
• Achieve business plan profit.
• Direct Operations/ Store Manager on managerial and operational aspects of the store with adherence and compliance to the retail operations standard.
• Driving associate behaviour and productivity.
• Partner with Merchandising to maintain brand profitability by managing full price and mark down sales, intake margins, levels of mark down activity and terminal stock.
• Lead localised pricing strategy and competitor insights and implement appropriate change to maximise sales and increase local market share.
• Reports and statistic compilations in relation to brand performance and share product performance and insight with HOD.
• Managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with the brand principal

Marketing

• Plan, direct and implement appropriate localised marketing activities/events/promotions for positive brand building and in driving sales.
• Partner with Brand principal/HOD to develop seasonal marketing and social media strategies.
• Provide insights to Valiram and the Brand, to better understand market trends and dynamics.
• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.

Others

• Partner with Merchandising to place appropriate orders, optimise inventory and oversee in inventory integrity.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising in upholding of VM standard to ensure store environment is enticing, effective and in line with Brand Guidelines.
• To uphold and improve staff morale leading to a positive and dynamic working attitude and environment.
• Support store to maintain productivity and retail operational standards in areas of discipline, work performance and sales.
• In touch with what is happening in the store through periodic store visits.
• Support and assist in projects/tasks related to the brand as required/instructed by HOD/management.

JOB DISCRIPTIONS

1. Coordinate with agent/principal/charterer/master/owners.

To ensure smooth movements for the vessel. Berthing/unberthing of vessel. Loading of cargo.

2. Vessel documentation/report/bills of lading.

3. Working hours for this role - 9am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) 9am to 1pm (Sat) (official timing) /sometimes need

to stay if work didn't complete ( Flexible timing due to vessel will berth anytime)

Job Description

Responsible for all operational aspects of the hotel including proper discipline in all departments to ensure all our guests are getting the best service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be aware at all times as to the condition of the house, particularly relating to the number of rooms available and occupied and ensure this information is current and accurate.

• Observing and directing personnel when necessary on the following:

- Allocating and processing of guest rooms

- Meeting and escorting VIP guests

- Giving general information, assistance to guests

• Monitoring of D/M Log Books for special requests, instructions and information recorded and action taken or to be taken.

• Conduct Room Inspections with particular emphasis on cleanliness and standard set up.

• Carry out site inspection of other hotel areas regularly.

• Liaise regularly with Housekeeping Department regarding all special requests, full house situations and for general problem solving.

• Effectively handle all guest complaints with tact and diplomacy.

• Manage and maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards via the upselling programs within the department.

• Ensure that the guest registration, checkout, and mail services are handled efficiently, promptly and courteously in accordance with the hotel’s policy and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace and be familiar with the emergency procedures on fire prevention, fire drill, guest accidents, associate accidents, bomb threat suspicious parcel, procedures on serious crime occurrence, death of a guest, stalled elevators, power failure and any other emergencies.

Job Description

• Responsible for material requirements planning and procurement; plan and issue PO and follow through to complete delivery and approval
• Manage operational communication directly with vendor
• Ensure optimum inventory levels with safety stock to cover demand orders / forecast
• Ensure material availability and resolve shortages
• To collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure supply continuity
• Review / resolve price and quantity discrepancies (invoice vs PO)

Requirements

• Diploma, Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Preferably with at least 1 year Buying and Planning experience

Location - West

Ensure that the restaurant operate efficiently and profitably, achieving targets set by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for business performance of the restaurant in achieving budget and maintaining operating costs.

· Analyse and review menu with Li Bai Executive Chef regularly for popular and unpopular items and make appropriate recommendations for new listing, keeping abreast of market trends.

· Assist to organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.

· Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development.

· Coordinate entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

· Deal and resolve customer complaints tactfully and update the F&B Management accordingly.

· Check on guest’s satisfaction and solicit for feedback, and maintain database of guests on their dining preferences.

· Implement effective systems to prevent breakages and damage of operating equipments.

· Ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped with operating equipments and restaurant accessories to support the operations.

· Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

· Any other duties assigned by Director of F&B.

Trade Control (Export Control)

• Oversee the development and revisions of the Internal Control Program for security trade control.
• Manage all aspects of security trade control across the company.
• Provide information regarding instructions, liaison activities, and requirements.
• Handle export control processes in SAP, including material legal control confirmation and the management of control flags.
• Manage and verify the concerned end-user list, and follow up as necessary.
• Submit related reports to Headquarters.
• Conduct periodic export control training.
• Offer guidance and assistance to subsidiaries and affiliates, including support and audits as needed.

Legal related matters

• Review and manage contracts.
• Provide legal training to business units.
• Handle legal disputes.
• Manage compliance issues, including data privacy, anti-bribery, and anti-trust.
• Conduct legal audits.
• Manage internal rules.
• Oversee legal issues of subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Address other compliance matters as applicable.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in legal studies, international business, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in trade compliance.
• Experience working in law firms or as in-house legal counsel, with a focus on business contract review and management.
• Ability to multitask and self-motivate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
