The successful candidate will be tech-savvy and adept at using MS Office suites and AI applications, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments.

- Assist in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring timely completion.

- Handle scheduling, including organizing meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities of Contract Manager:

• Provide comprehensive contract review and guidance, including scope assessment and cost negotiations.
• Implement robust cost control measures to maximize project profitability and monitor budgets.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation, including tender bidding, progress reports, and settlement.
• Oversee work-in-progress monitoring, prepare reports, and certify progress claims for timely project execution.
• Handle variation requests, assess cost changes, and substantiate claims for additions or omissions.
• Resolve contractual disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with legal counsel when necessary.
• Drive risk identification and management processes, defending claims and facilitating dispute resolutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of contract management experience
• Knowledge in PSSCOC and Singapore Commercial Law
• Experience in Quantity Surveyor will be added advantage
