Job Scope:

• Be responsible for billing process, including both recognizing cost and issuing selling invoices
• Support Procurement team and Operation team in sourcing process; Handling purchasing request and following up on statuses.
• Managing Packaging inventory and coordinate with Operation for timely supply of workload demand
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives in coordination with procurement team and operation team.
• Other ad hoc duties including data entry, purchasing reporting, gathering data, market analysis and information of commodities

Requirement:

• Familiar with Microsoft office, keen on working with numbers
• Time management, ability to accomplish within a given deadline
• Communicative, willing to ask and to learn; high integrity and pro-active
• Experienced in purchasing, logistics, accounting or manufacturing is an advantage

To assist the corporate secretary

-Prepare minutes and resolutions for clients

-Consolidate the documents for the clients

- Liase with the client to collect documents and remind them to return the necessary documents

- Update minute books and registers

- Lodge with ACRA using Bizfile platform.
