· Minimum GCE N/O level qualifications

· Basic computer skills

· Familiar with clinic workflow and Clinic Assist system

· Inventory control and ordering of medicines

· Positive, self-motivated and customer-service orientated

· English and dialects speaking is essential

· Able to work independently

· Must be able to work nights and weekends

Clinic Details:

GP clinic within 5mins walking distance from Outram MRT

Working days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri & Sun (4 ½ days work)

Clinic is closed on Wed, Sat & Public holidays

• Assist Accounts departments on daily financial transactions and data entries.
• Perform daily adminitrative tasks.
• Filling of documents.
• General administrative duties and oversee office matters and daily operation.
