• Provide coordination support on all trade’s 3rd party SOC arrangement issue
• Proactive participation in business planning, JWP/FM, regulatory issues overall
• Ensure timely update to HQ and to coordinate all necessary arrangement in terms of The Alliance vessel particulars, dry dock notice and phase-in & out notices of all partnered vessels
• Identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency, productivity and service quality

• Liaise with Seoul Headquarter on updates and improvement for all administration functions

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with similar capacity for past 5 years
• Profound understanding of Shipping and Logistic industry
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in writing and presentations
• Proficient in English and Korean (both written and spoken) as reporting to Korea HQ is essential
• Strong analytical, systemic and problem-solving skills
