Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out ELV or security systems such as IP CCTV, Intercom, Access Control, IP PBX, Public Address system & etc for maintenance for residential condominiums, and commercial & industrial buildings.

• To diagnose & troubleshoot faults in the system and resolve these technical issues.

• Attend to clients’ queries on any operational & maintenance-related matters.

• Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements and skills

• ITE/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or IT-related discipline.

• Min. 2 years of working experience in the security line (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control), and able to commission the system.

• Possesses knowledge of Network and basic IP systems.

• Strong understanding of cable checking and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience in setting up and managing IP PBX systems is a plus.

• Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

• Good communication skills.

• Self-motivated, service-oriented, passionate, and responsible.

• Self-discipline and willingness to work staggered.

• Fast learner, independent, and can work under pressure.

What you will be working on

You will:

[Productive Hawker Centres]

• Oversee productivity initiatives and programmes, and renovation/retrofitting works at existing hawker centres and ensure they are being carried out in accordance with NEA’s objectives
• Consolidate and analyse statistics in support of the department’s decision-making process
• Participate and represent NEA to share on the review of programmes, including the technical aspects to convey NEA’s position with external stakeholders

[Stakeholder Engagement and Management]

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders
• Work with internal stakeholders to establish implementation schedules and action plans
• Facilitate engagements including leading and conducting ground engagement with stakeholders on initiatives and programmes

[Project Management]

• Facilitate budgeting, prepare funding approval submissions, cost estimates pertaining to the public sector funding process prior to the launch of the initiatives and programmes
• Track initiatives and programmes expenditures and project account closures through collaboration with stakeholders
• Draft and prepare contract specifications and administer activities pertaining to the procurement of required services prior to the implementation of the initiatives and programmes
• Conduct full documentation and keep proper records of the implementation for initiatives and programmes
• Administer the contracts, which includes pre and post contract matters relating to the renovation works and programme related activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
