As an Administrative Assistant for the MyRepublic Partner Program (MPP) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the program’s daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth communication and coordination between the Partner Program Development Manager (PPDM), the Retention Team, and partners.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

• Provide administrative support to the Partner Program Development Manager (PPDM) and the MPP team.
• Organize events, campaigns, and incentives to engage our partners.
• Coordinate schedules and assign daily leads to the Retention Team.
• Onboard new partners by guiding them through account setup and providing support via whatsapp, calls and emails.
• Assist partners with using the MPP App and addressing basic inquiries.
• Maintain records, track partner participation, and support program updates.

Job Scope:

• Oversee general office operations, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.

Bathe residents and attend to their personal hygiene, brushing teeth, toilet etc.

2 Make and tidy beds.

3 Simple application of ointment/cream and simple dressing for residents.

4 Help to serve breakfast and feed the residents at mealtimes.

5 Sweep and mop the floor of residents’ rooms and dining hall after each meal.

6 Wash bathrooms, toilets, sinks and corridors.

7 Wash the sinks in the residents’ rooms.

8 Help the residents to bed at rest time and bedtime.

9 Empties rubbish, bedspans and urinals.

10 Accompanying residents to hospitals and OPD.

11 Turning residents at night to change their sleeping positions.

12 Change the residents who are incontinent.

13 Help residents to the toilet.

14 Clean windows and doors etc – as scheduled.

15 Accompanying residents to outings and special functions.

16 Lock “Entrance” & “Exit” gates as instructed by Nurse on-duty.

17 Perform Laundry duty as assigned, in the absence of the laundry Attendant.

18 Help in kitchen – i.e. wash all dishes, help to cut food into pieces etc and any other tasks assigned by the Kitchen Operation Supervisor.

19 Any other duties as assigned by the Nursing Officers.
