• Carry out team management conversation with team members, including and not limited to doing appraisals and personal improvement plans in conjunction with immediate supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Review of accounting reports and monitoring of schedule to ensure the quality and timeliness of reports
• Review of corporate tax provision, individual tax, and related tax works
• Good understanding of company secretarial works
• Liaise with clients / external parties the smooth operation of the clients
• Ensure clients’ relevant/ statutory deadlines are met
• Provide training / guidance to junior members
• Keeping abreast of Singapore and International Accounting / Tax/ Companies Regulations
• Co-ordinate / Liaise with clients’ auditor on the necessary support
• Other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Experience from Consulting / advisory)
• Possess leadership/people management experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Office hours
