What’s The Role:

The Environment team’s International Climate & Environment Programme is seeking a new Administrative Assistant. You will ensure that the Environment team is operating at the highest level, through enabling accurate information sharing, strong organizational skills, smooth workflow and follow-through. We’ll Trust You To:

• Handle day-to-day calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, anticipating needs and changing/rearranging meetings as appropriate.
• Ensure the team is prepared for meetings with supporting documentation and information. Support meeting preparations, briefings, background materials, and taking notes Support the programme manager to plan and prioritize weekly tasks and deliverables
• Track tasks, meetings and events, and support follow-up actions, to ensure team projects are on schedule and deadlines are met
