Job Description:

In your role as a Assistant Barista Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily bar operations in all our restaurants, ensuring consistent day-to-day operations encompassing exceptional customer service, high-quality beverages and a positive work environment. Responsible for our beverage menu, you will ensure the highest standards are kept over selection and preparation of all our beverages.

You will…

• help mentor and guide a team of baristas, help manage inventory, and maintenance of equipment, all while fostering a strong passion for coffee and a positive connection with our customers.
• be tasked with helping to train and supervise new and current baristas, as well as other colleagues in our Restaurants by fostering a positive and collaborative team environment through well-planned and effective execution of required knowledge and skills in the preparation and delivery of our beverages.
• safeguard the preparation of high-quality coffee and other beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards to enhance existing skillsets and knowledge about coffee and other beverages, preparation techniques and recipes, and safety procedures.
• ensure the highest level of customer service excellence is always upkept, such as addressing customer needs and any possible feedback efficiently and smoothly.
• help monitor required inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize wastage and maintain product availability.
• ensure that all health and safety practices are strictly upkept as per policies and regulations.
• be open to any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasked as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-years related experience as a senior barista, assistant manager or manager in a similar bar, cafe and / or restaurant environment.
• Genuine love and passion for coffee and other types of beverages in general.
• Able to work shifts depending on business needs, as well as weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
• Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company.

Job Description:

· Assist Planning Engineer in the implementation and monitoring of project baseline programme with the given milestones.

· Assist Planning Engineer to preparing and manage overall master programmes, critical path mapping, delay analysis, overall construction sequences review, schedule and interface programme impact study

· To prepare and submit monthly progress report.

· Participate all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)

· Record / Document weekly progress meeting held with the client, consultants and sub-contractors.

· Liaising with internal dept to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

· Assist Planning Engineer to developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field.

· Experienced in Primavera P6 is preferred.

· Well-versed in sequence of works and authority requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the superintendent in the planning, execution, and finalization of dry dock and repair projects, and attend the project site as required.

- Assist the superintendent with the preparation of the OPEX budget.

- Coordinate and arrange service engineers for boarding operations.

- Review, update, and prepare vessel shareholder presentations for timely submission.

- Maintain records of fleet service arrangements and End of Month (EOM) reports, including technical bulletins from manufacturers.

- Prepare and complete monthly post-meeting reports for Charterers/Fleet.

- Administer the disbursement account, ensuring line items and account codes are accurately detailed.

- Review Management Meeting minutes and provide a summary to the superintendent.

- Distribute monthly Class status reports to vessels, including details on expiring certificates.

- Assist with tasks related to EU ETS, EUMRV, and IMO DCS compliance.

- Support the review and processing of PAL occurrences as guided by the Fleet Manager, and help the superintendent close occurrences using Tableau data.

- Appoint Agents following the superintendent's instructions.

- Handle any other required documentation and filing tasks as assigned by the team.

- Assist the superintendent with Guarantee claims management.

- Support both internal and external Survey and Audit Requirements.

- Monitor and report progress on the Teams' "Management of Change" initiatives.

- Review and manage fleet weekly operational data and monthly KPIs, ensuring that the fleet team stays informed.

- Create and finalize presentations for Charterers/Owners as needed by the Fleet team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in ship management, maritime operations, or a related science discipline).

- Training in Secretarial skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Motivated to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment.
