Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Tuition Centre Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the new center, managing the team, and ensuring a high standard of service and learning outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the tuition center, ensuring smooth workflow and quality education standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of educators and administrative staff.
• Handle scheduling, enrolments, and student assessments effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Track and report center performance, aiming to meet set targets.
• Implement new programs or initiatives as per the center’s objectives.
Requirements:
