• Position Title: Admin Assistant (M&E Engineering)
• Working Location: East – Mountbatten
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
• Handle requests for information and data.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Coordinate project-based work.

• Min. 2 years of working experience in a related field
