• Prepare monthly trailer reports for accounting purposes.
• Manage collections, including sending SOAs, follow-ups, reminder letters, and phone calls.
• Ensure cash term sales/invoices are paid on time.
• Manage cheque deposits.
• Check rental invoices upon issuance and monitor that all customers are billed correctly, including checking in/out of trailers/PM.
• Ensure RO1 form files and new trailer DO files are complete.
• Re-check export trailer invoices for de-registration before filing.
• Manage signed quotes from customers for billing and audit purposes for rental agreements.
• Prepare monthly repair summaries.
• Arrange container bookings through CMS.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing high-impact programs to enhance leadership competencies and nurture a strong pipeline of leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Leadership Curriculum: Create an integrated leadership and people development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. This roadmap will guide employees through career milestones, providing targeted training that equips them with the competencies needed for current and future roles.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in Leadership and People Development or Talent Management
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is a MUST
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Data analysis skills to inform and improve training outcomes
