Key Responsibilities

  Handle customer complaints and follow up with service recovery if necessary.
  Review and update policies and procedures as needed.

Information:

1. Salary range: $2,800 - $4,000 Gross

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
• Maintain reliable service tool inventory
• Upkeep Service Documents; timesheets, service/repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses
• Upkeep engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and integration processes
• Knowledge of vacuum machine operation and machine construction
• Submit timely documents of service activities and expenses

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering
• Entry level are welcome with 2 years experience in semiconductor tools is plus
• Proficiency in Japanese is essential as need to liaise with Japanese at HQ
• Hand on in high vacuum equipments, pumps, chillers, and compressors
