The Audit Associate operates in a structured work environment. He/She undertakes specific stages of audit work under supervision by the Audit Senior. Responsibilities:

• Undertake audits of clientele in various industries
• Carry out audit planning, execution, execution, and prepare appropriate audit work papers and financial statements
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining communication in conducting audit engagements
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings and recommendation

• Requirements:
• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in auditing or related field
• Proficient in office applications (MS Office)
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Hardworking and positive attitude, with the ability to work as a team or individually
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

• Review and update the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and any other relevant documents, as well as WSH procedures, to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, guidelines and legislations.
• Perform safety audits and inspections of the Company’s worksites to identify potential hazards and risks through recommending relevant control measures for implementation.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 year
• Must be a registered Environmental Control officer and Earth Control Measures Officer.
• Good communication skills and team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Check client’s eligibility of medical benefits

• Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system

• Data entry of medical claims for both outpatient and inpatient services within a strict timeline

• Count, sort and stamp all incoming claims received

• Scan weekly invoices

• Prepare letters of rejected claims
